Security & Compliance

From every order, we take samples for random testing in our laboratory on the day of production to document functionality, safety, and more. The inspections cover all components of the finished product:

Additionally, we verify that the date stamping aligns with the production date and the product's shelf-life requirements. This ensures that both you and end-users can be completely confident in the product's quality and safety.

Another essential function of the laboratory is to serve as the foundation for developing new products or improving existing ones. This development can be carried out based on customer instructions or through close collaboration.

This means we can test the customer’s own product formulations or develop new formulations together. We can also test which can is best suited for the specific product. In this way, we provide valuable contributions throughout the entire development process, from start to finish.

Aeropak is certified according to the FSSC 22000 standard, and we have consistently received top ratings from the food inspection authorities, confirming that our food production meets the highest standards.

Our dedicated food division, which includes two specialized production lines, handles filling and packaging under strict hygiene requirements, allowing you to entrust your products to us with certainty that they will be handled according to strict safety standards.

Control tests

The pressure in the can and the crimping, which measures whether the valve is securely attached to the can, are critical control parameters. These are measured at room temperature and at 50°C for all products to ensure the cans can withstand heating without leaking.


Additionally, all control samples are weighed and stored for 2 years, allowing retrieval if needed later. For food production, there are additional customer-specific control factors that must be performed, along with strict hygiene and cleaning regulations for these products.We always ensure thorough documentation in compliance with the requirements of the ISO FSSC 22000 standard.
